I have a rather large red blister on the leg next to my genitals with a white top. i havent engaged in sexual activity for years and Ive never had a crisis like this. Is this herpes?

I do not look like herpes.
Herpes lesions as grouped vesicles (in the skin with a clear liquid increased.)
